Because pink eye is caused by conjunctivitis, a bacterial infection, it is best treated by a vet. It is also possible that it is not conunctivitis but a different problem in which case you would not want to treat your kitty for something it doesn't have. You can get antibiotic ointment and an exam from most local vets for under $60. I do not recommend using anything you find over the counter without consulting with a vet first. Also, PLEASE do not use any eye treatments not intended for felines in an attempt to cure the problem as it can make things much worse. Bets of luck!
