At the age of 10 weeks, the kittens should be on dry and canned kitten food and not nursing. You may have to help mom out by mixing some Kitten Milk Replacer (KMR, available in pet stores), water and canned food and make a mush. Then feed it to the kittens off your finger or a spoon. Mom's milk will dry up and although some kittens do "comfort nurse", this is the exception rather than the norm. If it hurts mom when they paw at her, she'll put a stop to it. Keep an eye on her incision and report to the vet any redness, swelling, fever, leakage or if she's chewing at the stitches.
