bloody urine on and off for the past year, has been to the vet and 3 rounds of antibiotics later, still has blood.

i am 7 years old and have been neutered at 6 months. i've had some psychological issues after mommy brought home my brood brother, mackey (4 year old neutered male) as a rescue kitten. that's when i started peeing on the walls and doors. i still use the litter box only when it is absolutely clean or when mommy sprays me with the spray bottle of water when she catches me in the act of spraying on the doors. my appetite is fine, physical condition is fine. vet said that i needed to go on a very expensive ph balancing diet (he never did any blood work) and mommy is financially strapped with the 7 of us and it's impossible to keep me from eating the other's regular cat food (iams multicat). is there a natural or prescription medication that will help with the blood in the urine? sometimes it's just a tinge, sometimes it looks like the juice that runs off of the styrofoam tray of a piece of raw chicken and sometimes it's normal cat pee color...help please??!!
