She shouldn't have been taken from her mother so young. They are barely on solid food at 1 month and then the next 4 weeks after that the momcat teaches them litterbox manners and socialization. So you may need to keep an eye on the litterbox use and makes sure she's eating ok. But she should begin her FVRCP (distemper) vaccinations at 8 weeks. Then the second at about 12 weeks and the third along with the rabies vaccine at about 16 weeks. The vet can advise you on the schedule when she has her first visit. My vet recommends the spay/neuter at 5 months or when they reach 5 pounds.

Spay as early as 8 weeks. More vets are promoting early spay/neuter because the kittens handle it well, negative behaviors are less likely to develop, and the operation is actually easier for vets and reduces blood loss for the cat (because the reproductive organs are barely formed and blood vessels are not as well formed/connected to the organs). Because a rabies vaccination is legally required in most states, most spay/neuter services will require a rabies vacc unless she is too young.
Do internet searches for "low cost spay neuter" and "pediatric spay neuter."
