My cat Joey had dandruff for years - increase your kitties moisture intake. I took Joey off the dry food and now feed him wet food exclusively - no more dandruff. I am not saying that this will resolve your kitties problem but it worked for us. Is your house execessivly dry? Brushing helps - it will stimulate the skin to produce more oil and clear the under coat of the dead skin. If you are overly concerned speak to your vet next time you take your kitty for its checkup.
