A friend told me she couldn't leave a comment on my diary entry -- why not?

I tried on both my and my brothers' diaries. When I click on "Leave a comment," there is no place to do so. I'm assuming my assistant did something wrong, but what?

This happened to one of my kitty's pages a while ago too. Click on Catster info on the left side of your browser. Then Contact HQ and tell them about it. They usually fix it within a day.

Yeah I checked and tried to leave a test comment but no box is available to do so.
Contact HQ and inform them of the problem and they will fix it ASAP.
