A client of mine has 2 cats that have lived together for yrs.after coming hm from vet they do not get along,any sugs,
client has bathed both cats. Kitty had some teeth pulled. Have acted like brothers for at least five yrs and have always slept, played, and ate together.

It's probably because they smell strange after coming back from the vet. They probably just need some time and will become friends again. If they are actually fighting then they'll need to go through the same steps as when you introduce 2 new cats.
