Your question was cut off, but whenever there is a sudden change in kitty behavior, we always recommend a trip or at least a call to the vet. Research the goings-on in your household and see if there's anything, no matter how unimportant it seems to you, that could have scared her. Any visitors (especially children who don't know how to act around animals?), workmen in the home, thunderstorms, added another pet? Even if it seems inconsequential to you, it could be what has weirded her out. Increase playtimes and cuddle times if she'll tolerate it. Speak softly and kindly to her but don't try to force her to be held or restrained. And do call your vet just in case there are any health issues. The spaying, unless she had complications, shouldn't have affected her this way.
